Ascendants: The Second Rebellion
Appointed by the Archmagi, judges seek the illegal use of magic and sentence the subjects. This sentence more often than not is death. In some instances, however, a judge will take the offender into custody and take them to one of the colleges of magic, Rizen or Rozva. From here the offender stands trial and it is decided whether the criminal will be put to death or accepted into the college.

13 vs AC; 1d129 radiant damage; the Judge gains a bonus to the attack roll equal to +1 per enemy adjacent to him.
Divine Challenge (minor, at-will) Divine, Radiant
Close burst 5; targets one creature; the target is marked until Jaryn uses this power against another target. If the target makes an attack that doesn’t include the Judge as a target, the target takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls and 6 radiant damage.
Divine Strength (minor; encounter) Divine
The Judge applies his Strength bonus (+5) as extra damage on his next attack this turn.
Bane’s Rebuke (immediate reaction)
When the Judge is hit by a melee attack, he makes a basic attack.
Second Wind (standard; encounter) Healing
The Judge spends a healing surge and regains 41 hit points. He gains a +2 bonus to all defenses until the start of his next turn.
